This website is run by Chirag Chudasama, a freelance full stack web developer based in India. I am the person responsible for any personal information collected here, and you can reach me at hey.chiragchudasama@gmail.com.

Information you give me:

• Contact form — your name, email address, budget range (optional) and the message you write.
• Email — anything you include when you write to me directly, including attachments.

Information collected automatically:

• Anonymous usage statistics — pages viewed, referring site, country, device and browser type — through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify or follow you across other websites.
• Performance measurements (page load speed) through Vercel Speed Insights, used only to keep the site fast.
• Standard server logs kept by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser and time of request, used for security and to fix errors.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver and support your project.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.

I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I will not add you to a mailing list without asking first.

I rely on a small number of trusted services to run this site. They only process your information on my behalf:

• Vercel — website hosting, analytics and performance monitoring.
• Resend — delivers contact form messages to my inbox.
• Google (Gmail) — the email account where I receive and answer messages.

I may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect my rights or the safety of others.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, saved in local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

I keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as needed to respond, deliver the work and meet tax or legal record-keeping obligations — usually no longer than three years after our last contact. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Depending on where you live — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in Europe or the UK, the GDPR — you can:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you.
• Ask me to correct or update it.
• Ask me to delete it, or withdraw consent you have given.
• Raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

The site is served over HTTPS and I use reputable providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Some providers process data on servers outside India, such as in the United States or Europe. By contacting me you understand that your information may be transferred there.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, please contact me and I will delete it.

I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
