The challenge
Operations staff tracked shipments across four shared spreadsheets, which caused duplicate entries and slow responses to customers.
The approach
I designed a single PostgreSQL schema, built a typed API with tRPC, and a dashboard with live updates, filters and role-based access.
The outcome
The team retired all four spreadsheets and saves roughly six hours a week on manual reconciliation.
